Terms and Conditions

Prices are per day-this includes day of arrival and day of departure.*

Payment must be made on or before day of collection.

All pets must have an up to date vaccination form and dogs must be covered for kennel cough. Owners must produce proof of this.

We reserve the right to refuse an animal suffering from any contagious or infectious disease.

All owners bedding and toys for pets is left at owner’s risk.

No discount is given if customer brings their own food for their pet.

A member of staff must be informed if your pet is suffering from any ailment.

Should an animal fall ill whilst in our care we reserve the right to consult a vet and act on their advice. Any fees must be met by the animal’s owner.

We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary.

Owner must advise a member of staff if their pet is aggressive- we reserve the right to refuse an animal due to temperament.

In the event that the customer has a complaint please discuss the nature of the complaint with Mabie Forest Kennels as soon as possible.

Pets will not be admitted or discharged out with normal opening hours without prior arrangement.

*However, if you collect your pet before 12pm you will NOT be charged for that day. If this is unclear please feel free to ask a member of staff....Thanks!
